Civil by Parker have been in the industry since 2015 after being founded by Daniel Parker and his family in Ballarat, Victoria. We now service the whole of the South-West region of Victoria.
Daniel followed his father into the construction industry but made the decision to start his own business after identifying a gap in the market for small domestic and commercial spray seal and asphalt repair work. With this idea as the foundation for the business, Civil by Parker have now expanded to offer a range of services in addition to spray seal and asphalt, including prime and crack seal, line marking, drainage, land levelling, laying gravel and sand, and all kinds of road and driveway repair, maintenance, construction and reconstruction services. Wet and dry hire of any of our range of excellent machines is also available.
Civil by Parker are able to offer these services at a great price and at competitive speeds, thanks to the plant hire of top of the range equipment that we have built up since our humble beginnings. The vehicles we have at our disposal are all well-maintained and safe. They include smooth drum rollers, belly dumpers and tipper trucks. As well as having the technology to get the job done, we're also equipped with the right attitude.
